Throughout this document Gridrunner Revolution will be used interchangeably with 'the software' and 'this software'. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software. Unless you have a different license agreement signed by Llamasoft Ltd your use of this software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.

Disclaimer of Warranty

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD 'AS IS' AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED. THE USER MUST ASSUME THE ENTIRE RISK OF USING THE PROGRAM. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.

Distribution of Installer

You may not distribute this installer in any form without prior written permission of Llamasoft Ltd. In the event that permission is granted, you are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for any such copies, however made; and from distributing the software and/or documentation with other products (commercial or otherwise) without prior written permission.

Evaluation and Registration

This is not free software. Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes without charge (the DEMO version). If you decide to obtain the full version the software must be registered by entering a valid registration key. To purchase a registration key please use the buttons in-game, or point your browser to https://www.llamasoft.co.uk/shop and purchase a registration key (or 'single user license') for the game from the site.

License for Registered Use

The registration key is sold under the condition that it is a single user license for the use of the person buying the code, or their designated recipient and the registration key should not be used to register this software on any other persons computer system.

You may not lend, license, sell, or otherwise distribute your registration key to any persons unless given specific written permission to do so by Llamasoft Ltd. You may not use any registration key that has been distributed against the terms of this license agreement. We reserve the right to release updated versions of this software that will not accept registration keys that have been distributed against the terms of this license. No support, refunds, or assistance will be given to any persons who have distributed their registration key or allowed it to be distributed, or who have used such a key to register the software on any computer system.

A single user license of Gridrunner Revolution may not be installed on any public computer or system (for example, but not limited to, schools, libraries, 'Internet Cafes'). Special deals for site licenses of Gridrunner Revolution are available to schools and other organizations.

Modification

You may not alter or modify this software and cannot give anyone else permission to modify any of this software. This includes (but is not limited by) code, graphics, sound, installation and documentation.

General

You may not transfer or delegate any rights, permissions, or responsibilities as set out in these terms to any other person without express written permission from Llamasoft Ltd.

Some countries may disallow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply.

Any breach of these terms and conditions and you will be personally liable to indemnify us in full for any loss, liability, or costs incurred or arising.

If any provision of this agreement is found by any court to be invalid or unenforceable, the validity or unenforceability of such provision shall not effect the other provisions of the Agreement which shall remain in full force and effect.

No failure or delay by Llamasoft Ltd to exercise any right or remedy shall be construed or operate as a waiver of that right or remedy

These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, and these terms and conditions are provided and governed by UK law. Any dispute connected with Llamasoft Ltd will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of England and Wales.
